I reached out to CLR Construction to take over a kitchen remodel and laundry room update that had gone awry. Best decision I ever made. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the job they did to my house. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were impressive. Tim and Jeremy were great to work with and always kept the communication lines open. CLR Construction gave my 40-year-old home new life and brought it into the 21st century! I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen (custom cabinets, tile, countertops, painting, lighting), updated laundry room (painted existing cabinets, countertops, lighting), and the other painted rooms (remove popcorn, painting walls and trim). It looks so good! Don’t think twice about using CLR Construction for your renovation project. You’ll be happy you did. I know I am. I highly recommend.

They’re organized, honest, very professional and communicate well. They completed the project through the holidays, and very cold weather and I commend them on that. The entire CLR team did an AMAZING job building our home! From the financial aspect of the construction process, including loan and budget, they went above and beyond and paid immaculate attention to detail. From the customization standpoint of the home they brought so much value to the planning, architecture, appliances, all the way down to the cabinet knobs. They literally took care of EVERYTHING. Not only did they build our dream home in 6 months, but they helped prep and update our former home to put on the market. Tim and Chris were fantastic in our addition. They were resolute in making sure the addition looked like the original plan of the house. We changed two rooms in the interior and they had the crew to do that and any new construction or remodel and exterior changes.The quality of the work is high because they are craftsman. We had a wonderful experience with CLR Construction and will use them again for any remodel project. Tim and his team expanded our patio, making it look like that is how the house was built. You would never know it was an expansion! Along the way, he provided suggestions and pictures of previous projects he had done so that we had options for every little detail. They are transparent about their pricing and keep you updated with itemized cost estimates for every change you make. The project manager and the owners were communicating through the whole project and monitoring the progress very closely. I never felt like I needed to be a project manager myself. We showed them our vision for custom mid-century kitchen cabinets, and they did exactly what we were dreaming of! CLR Construction completed a remodel on our home. Each room was painted and new flooring installed. Existing kitchen cabinets were kept and were painted white. Installed new lighting, appliances, sink, faucet, countertops and backsplash. Removed stone from bar area. Master bathroom work was extensive. Old jetted tub and shower were removed. Large shower with seat was put in. Old shower area turned into a linen closet. New vanity, lighting and mirrors. Work also done on our stairway. CLR also installed new lights and fans and wood blinds, door handles, drawer and cabinet pulls. All of this work was completed in about 7 weeks. CLR was very easy to work with and communicated well. Tim was very thorough with the estimate/bid process, helped us pick flooring and paints. He checked in weekly to assure all was going well. Jeremy, the project manager, was great to work with. Met us at businesses to pick out granite, tile, etc. Communicated well and kept the process flowing. I highly recommend CLR Construction for their knowledge, pricing, work experience and work ethic.
